TULSA LITIGATION LAWYER REPRESENTING INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES

Edward G. Lindsey | Attorney Profile

I am a sole practitioner attorney engaged in diverse litigation practice concentrating in criminal defense, family, personal injury, professional malpractice, lender liability and bad faith law. Upon graduating from law school in 1992, my colleagues scrambled to find jobs at major Oklahoma law firms while I was confident in my ability to start and run my own private practice. I borrowed my start-up capital, began acquiring clients, and tried and won my first case within three months. Although many said it could not be done, I never looked back and clients have continued to trust me and my professional acumen in their times of greatest legal need. Likewise, I hope you will give me the opportunity to serve as your attorney

Life experience matters

In addition to private practice, I serve as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Oklahoma State University. I designed curriculum for two courses, “Business Ethics and the Law” and “White Collar Criminal Law.” When not practicing law or teaching, I spend time with my family. I have found that life experiences as an attorney, university professor and coach, husband, parent, and business owner have allowed me to be a better lawyer and to connect more meaningfully with clients.

When choosing a lawyer, consider the following:

  1. Your life, freedom or livelihood may be at stake
  2. You deserve the best representation
  3. An experienced trial lawyer is able to negotiate more effectively than an attorney who never goes to trial
  4. You should expect your lawyer to listen to you and explain the law, your rights and options so that you can make the right decisions
  5. You get what you pay for (the cheapest is rarely the best)
  6. You should pay a reasonable fee
  7. Your case should be handled diligently and you should be treated with dignity and respect
